Original Caipirinha

50 ml. Beija-Flor Cachaça
4 lime wedges
2 tsp. of sugar.

Muddle lime and sugar, add Beija-Flor Cachaça & ice and stir well.
Pour into a rocks glass.

Brazilian Mule

50ml. Beija-Flor Velha
50ml. fresh apple juice
juice of 1 lime
10ml vanilla syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
ginger beer

Shake all ingredients with ice & strain over ice, top up with ginger beer. Garnish with apple fan dusted with cinnamon.

25ml. poire au cognac
12.5 ml. lemon Juice
50ml. pear pure
8 basil leaves

50ml Beija-Flor Velha
8 lime wedges (1 lime)
25ml rose hip syrup
50ml pink grapefruit juice

Muddle lime in glass (strong), add cubed ice and other ingredients. Stir. Garnish with a long thin grapefruit wedge.

½ Pink grapefruit (juice of)
2 tsp. honey

The Girl from Ipanema, beautiful, sexy balanced Brazilian energy.

Pour 35ml of Beija-Flor in a tumbler glass, fill with ice cubes, add an orange slice & top up with Guaraná (Amazonian fruit) soft drink.
p.s also try adding a cinnamon stick.

12.5ml. Lavender syrup
10 Blueberries
12.5ml. Blueberry Liqueur
25ml. Lime juice

Muddle 10 blueberries with Blueberry liqueur, add Beija-flor Cachaça, lavender syrup & lime juice. Shake over ice & double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lavender flowers.

Fresh Basil
½ shot Elderflower
2 shots Apple juice
4 drops of Peach Bitters
Lemon juice to level up
