Beija-Flor Cachaça, a name chosen instinctively when a Beija-Flor flock (Humming Birds) came to witness the first time sugar cane was squeezed in the Distillery.
Sugar cane has been grown in the Distillery for over 100 years, and we use only hand selection methods to ensure the supreme quality of this luxury cachaça, Beija-Flor.
Hand-selecting sugar cane is environmentally sensitive, and also maintains the quality of sucrose, unlike the commonly used technique of burning the sugar cane field before machine harvesting.
Time is of no object for limited production Beija-Flor Cachaça as it's rested for at least one year to ensure perfection.
